Everyone in my family absolutely enjoyed the gluten free carrot cake you made for my birthday. Eight people with no gluten sensitivity thought it was very delicious. They all thought it tasted better than carrot cake made with flour containing wheat. Actually, the men in the family went "crazy" over it. I just thought I'd take the time to thank you for the cupcakes we picked up for my son's birthday party this past week. I wanted to share with you that Michael so loved the muffins today he was like the old Cookie Monster character, actually making audible sounds resembling something like "umm numm umm numm" while he jammed them into his mouth! In fact, it actually became problematic after 4 muffins when he would not stop and was banging his head in protest when I put the tray away in the pantry! Cheryl
The muffins were delicious! The problem was keeping them away from my family members who had their own gluten FILLED muffins but couldn't resist yours! We will be with this same family over Christmas so I'll be placing another order then. Joli

The lemon/cream cheese cake was a huge hit. My wife loved it, as did I and the rest of my wife's family. It was a fantastic cake, I can hardly believe it's gluten free. We will surely be back as customers and recommend you to any future potential clients. Darryl

I've been ordering from The Thoughtful Baker for over a year and have not had anything that wasn't delicious, and everything freezes really well. I ordered goodies for thanksgiving and even those family members without a gluten allergy enjoyed them! Her cookies are my favorite- I eat them straight out of the freezer! Joy
